TERMITE TREATMENT

The objective of a termite treatment is to apply a chemical barrier adjacent to the foundation walls to keep termites from returning to the soil for moisture, thus preventing them from entering the structure and attacking the wood members.

Callahan's Termite and Pest Control will provide, at no cost, a diagram indicating where the infestation and or damage exists, and will carefully map out a custom termite barrier for your specific needs.

Once a treatment is performed by Callahan's, we will conduct an annual inspection upon contract renewal. If any active termites are detected, we will perform the necessary treatment at no additional cost.

Damage caused by termite

infestation

Visible signs of infestation by termites and wood destroying insects include mud tubes along foundation walls, blistered or wavy wood, sawdust residue near beams or studs, and sagging floors. By the time these signs are visible, extensive wood damage may have already occurred. Termites eat the wood from the inside out, and the results can go undetected for years. The alarming result of infestation by termites and other wood-destroying insects is weakened, splintered, and rotted wooden beams that are crucial to the structure they support.

According to the U.S. Dept. of Agriculture, termites cause more than $1 billion in damage ever year throughout the U.S.

Callahan's specialists control the infestation AND make the necessary repairs.

Don't let termites eat a hole in your home OR your pocket!
