TERMITE TREATMENT
An effective termite treatment will create a chemical barrier between your building and the surrounding soil. Termites inside the building will be unable to return to the soil for moisture and will die. Those outside the building will be unable to enter and cause damage to the wood portions of your building.
Callahan's Termite and Pest Control will provide at no cost, a diagram indicating where the infestation and or damage exists, and will carefully map out a custom termite barrier for your particular needs.
Once a treatment is performed, an annual inspection will be provided with the contract renewal. If active termites are found, the necessary control measures will be performed at no additional cost.
All termite service contracts are
transferable to new owners upon written request.
